Another training was held with the Municipality Council and staff, at “Pallati i Kulturës”, Kukës.
This training was composed by two presentations, on “Capital Investment Plan on Waste Management” theoretical approach and “Capital Investment Plan on Waste Management” practical approach.
In the first one it was discussed on:

- CIP as a specific of the local government
- Objectives of CIP
- EU Standards, assets of the services on waste management
- Possible imputes for CI
- CIP process
- Financial analyse of CI of the projects
- Design of requirements for projects of CI
- Selection of CI projects (method 1 – method 2)
At the other presentation, regarding “Capital Investment Plan on Waste Management” practical approach, the discussion focused on:
- The CIP process in simple steps
- Sources of capital investment needs: The Albanian law
- Sources of capital investment needs: National and local planes
- CIP, actual capacities of functional area Kukës
- CIP, data on the actual waste management service of FA Kukës
- Assessment of the need for new assets, illustration
